I've put a series of questions that I usually get in the process of commissioning any design.

Q: How can I know the whole process of commissioning with you?
A: You can refer and see the whole commission process in the roadmap below!
Q: When do I make the payment for the commission?
A: Payment for the commissions will be collected after the finalisation of the drafts. Once I have received the full payment, I will email the files to you.
Q: What is your business hours and how long do I have to wait to get a reply?
A: I'm generally online from 9AM until 10PM but as I work full time, I might take longer to reply to any DMs, emails or mentions. You can bump with an emoji if you don't receive any reply or message reaction from me after 24 hours. If I'm on holiday - I'll announce or inform you personally.
Q: Can I use the design I commissioned for commercial purposes? I am doing a cafe event but I might sell some of the leftovers to clear stock.
A: Yes - but at an additional +30% charge for commercial purposes. As for cafe events, if you're selling as donation kit, that count as commercial but if you're just clearing leftovers, I will not be charging any commercial charges.
Q: What should I write in my design brief? This is my first time drafting a design brief.
A: Don't worry! You can check the details on the design brief here including the details needed for the design brief.
Q: I don't know which picture should I use, can you help me look for the pictures?
A: I have no problems looking the pictures that fit the theme of your design brief but do note: I am not a fan of every group hence my knowledge on the member/group might be limited so it is best if you provide the materials yourself.
Q: I want to request design for [insert item] but your price list does not have it listed.
A: As for items that are not on the price list, you can always send me a DM anywhere and I can send you a quotation of the price. As long as the size or template is provided, I should be able to design them.
Q: Can you edit videos or draw a fanart for me?
A: Unfortunately, I do not offer these services at the moment.
Q: I'm looking to request a design that is outside of entertainment side, would you be able to do that?
A: Yes, definitely! Although my main niche is entertainment, I am able to design anything that is within my capability. I have received various commissions, to name a few, graduation banners, booklets and even a friendly neighbourhood activity banner!
Q: I don't want my commission to be released or uploaded as a part of your portfolio.
A: Worry not - you can opt for private requests where there will be an additional +50% charge onto the total price of your commission. The designs will never be uploaded anywhere in the internet other than it being emailed to you.
