Embedded Files
All inquiries & requests must be made via Twitter DM, Instagram DM or Whatsapp (+601154067204). Unsolicited emails or design brief will not be entertained. You can also find the process of requesting & example of design brief: HERE.
Design requests will be processed within 5 - 24 days or based on agreed deadlines. Queue system is also applicable as to those who requested first will be entertained first.
*PLEASE NOTE: I'm working full time 5 days per week (9AM-5PM) so please expect in 1-3 days delay from the agreed deadline. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.
Any requests for less than 5 days will be charged ("Rush Charges") accordingly. Please inquire beforehand whether rush requests are possible or not.
within 24 hours: +100% from overall price
within 48 hours: +50% from overall price
within 96 hours: +30% from overall price

Requests will only be processed after design brief is submitted via email, not from the date of requesting via DM. Payment will be collected after the finalisation of designs.
Once draft has been sent out via DM, changes are allowed up until three (3) times only. Any further changes maybe be refused and major changes will be charged accordingly. Post-editing after receiving the final files will be charged RM5/$2 per edit.
PSD, AI & PDF files must be requested upon sending your request. RM4/$1 will be charged for every single PSD & AI file requested. Only PSD files for cupsleeve, cupholder and cup designs are free.
Strictly no backing out after sending your design brief. Every single backout will be charged 50% of the total price & will be publicly blacklisted for failure to pay.
Additional 30% will be charged for commissions meant for commercial purposes. Any fradulent commission (not mentioning for commercial purposes) will be blacklisted & actions taken.
Failure to provide comprehensive design brief is on the person requesting and any discussion in regards to the design brief is welcomed.
Any changes made to the designs is strictly not allowed. Any reproduction of the design from its original intent is also strictly not allowed. (eg: Cupsleeve into stickers). If found to do so, the person requesting will be blacklisted.
All notice will be watermarked with ‘DESIGNS BY POLARIS STUDIO’ except for private orders.
All private orders will be charged. No watermark will be on the notice. Additional +50% of total price for every private request.
Payment only through Malaysian banks, Touch 'n GO, Singapore Bank (via Paynow), Paypal & Ko-fi. Please note that by paying through Paypal, you agree to bear all the fees imposed by Paypal.

*10% off is only applicable for the next project (eg: if you're requesting subsequent design from the same project/event, the discount is not applicable).
